A decent war movie with a different point of view and well produced Canadian production. Canadian armed forces fighting evil in Kandahar, southern Afghanistan. This is an advance base building a road... all they do is talk about a road.. Once again raises the question; We don't want to be here, they don't want us here... why the Hell are we here?
This is a beautifully made movie with Saoirse Ronan portraying a young Irish woman who leaves her beloved sister and mother behind in Ireland after being sponsored by the Church to move to America. Set in the early 1950's in Brooklyn, NY., this film is beautifully shot.
This futuristic (so-called) thriller didn't thrill at all. It looks like the city in Blade Runner after a planet wide disaster, which is what happened before plot starts.
This movie was an interesting concept but not well executed.
Adapting the classic children's book written in 1943 BY Antoine De Saint Exupery. A wonderful classic little story. You have to still have the soul of a child to understand this story to get the point or moral of the story.
It's a unique action/thriller that calls itself a comic book movie. However, some characters don't seem fit. Zemo is a colossal disappointment all around, and the introduction of Spider-man seems awfully forced. I don't understand why Tony Stark would expect a kid (Spiderman) to fight Captain America and other superheroes.
