The most interesting aspect of Jason Bourne is that he is trying to discover his true identity--which leads him into danger and intrigue. Without this theme, the film is weak. Now we simply have an agent of Treadstone called "Number 5" performing super feats of strength and daring, but no real intrigue or mystery. The whole story is simply the effort of Number 5 to acquire his pills. It isn't exciting enough to build a story around. I suppose if he had found some blue pills we could have ended the movie sooner. This film is too far off the mark.
The ending seemed very abrupt after one of those overly long chase scenes that included an assassin who was quickly introduced into the story line, and just as quickly dispatched. VERY disappointing.
