This is about the head chef of a restaurant (Jon Favreau), figuring out what his creative values are as a culinary artist, and also figuring out what direction to take his career. This movie was Favreau's baby.
Though the beginning is a little slow going and doesn't have as much flavor as the rest of the film, it makes up for it with great comedy, feel-good family ties, and great cuisine throughout the movie. This movie also touched on how our culture has become so obsessed with social networking and other fast-paced networking outlets.
It is a feel-good movie!
