The story line never becomes clear and the dialog is just plain horrible. It's not a professional made movie, i.e., bad acting, impossible to follow the characters.
Jason Statham gets to show what he is really good at -- diving. As a former Olympic diver for Great Britain, he gets to do a nice swan dive from a cliff. Story was very badly written and didn't make sense a number of times during the movie. Everything was thrown together just to get him setup his "accidents" or get into fight scenes.
